Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Process

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing or shipment has begun, orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
